Hi! I'm Tom Sicola.
I've been there. In the last 30+ years I've:
- Been officer in the Navy.
- Climbed the corporate ladder to Senior Director of Operations in the US and abroad.
- Worked for the government.
- Been a volunteer firefighter.
- Raised a family
Through all of this, I've watched extraordinary people lead others into absurd situations, and succeed! I've worked with amazing leaders who've inspired those around them. I've experienced the transformative effects of positive mindset and can-do attitudes.
I've also watched people struggle with leadership (or lack thereof). I've seen smart, energetic, well-intentioned professionals burned out due to toxic work environments, poor managers, or improper training or support.
Now I've turned my experience and focus to helping those who KNOW they can be doing better, but can't see the path forward. My philosophy is that we can train for success from Day-1. ANY company's most valuable asset is their people, and when we build trust, give them the tools to succeed, and foster positive, healthy environments, EVERYONE benefits.
